Refund policy

At Blank House, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.

In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in-store are eligible for exchange or store credit within 5 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

To qualify, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Have original tags attached

  • Be in original condition

Refunds are not issued for in-store purchases.

Online Orders

Online orders may be returned within 5 business days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • All original tags and packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email hello@blankhouse.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for approval from our team before shipping anything back.

  3. Once approved, ship the item(s) back at your expense.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. Blank House does not provide prepaid return labels.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or style:

  • Submit a return request (if eligible).

  • Once approved, return the item at your expense.

  • Place a new order for the desired item.

A flat $8 shipping fee will apply to send out the replacement item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional processing time from your bank or card issuer.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@blankhouse.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@blankhouse.com so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Swimwear

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Gift cards
